Jasmine Benjamin is a California native who got her start in celebrity styling and image consulting during a 2004 internship with Interscope Records, while attending FIDM. It turned into a position where she did special projects, developing images for Interscope's artist. Jasmine soon after, moved to NYC, where she worked in fashion and lived for 6 years. Since then, she has been given the opportunity to work with Meghan Trainer, Outkast, Rae Sremmurd, Charlie Puth, Robin Thicke, Busta Rhymes, Mod Sun, Anderson .Paak and legends Chaka Khan and Roberta Flack to name a few. Benjamin rebranded the image of pop sensation Miguel where she acted as his Stylist and Creative Director from 2012-2016. Most recently Jasmine costume designed her first TV sitcom, coming out winter of 2018.
Jasmine's aesthetic has continued to influence pop culture and her unique approach to style and fashion is what keeps her work fresh and forward thinking. She has been recognized by publications VOGUE, I.D Magazine and Billboard for her contributions in music and fashion and as the stylist to watch. Her creative direction sensibilities is what separates her from the rest.
